Corinne co-founded Sage
Marketing after many years' marketing experience in the UK telecoms services
industry and most recently in public sector consultancy. Corinne has a MBA,
Diploma in Marketing and 15 years marketing experience in blue chip companies
including AT&T, NTL, Mercury and GEC Plessey Telecommunications.
In her latest role Corinne delivered a new
corporate identity, produced the first corporate communications strategy and
stakeholder strategy for a public sector client and refocused an
e-communications programme. Previously as Head of Marketing Change Integration
for Dolphin Telecom she designed a new customer strategy and as Head of Group
Marketing Services for NTL she delivered major marketing savings to the bottom
line and implemented a new corporate identity.
Corinne’s experience covers
the challenges of start-up, growth and turnaround. For example:
- Company start-up – at AT&T UK Corinne
set up marketing processes, teams and plans for an effective launch,
building all research, marketing systems and customer satisfaction
programmes that underpinned the successful launch and development of a major
telecommunications company in the UK.
- Company growth – at NTL Business Corinne
drove a strong marketing impact to the bottom line – delivering major
increases in market share and awareness and sales revenue through
development and implementation to budget of a focused marketing
communication plan, targeting and focused messaging and the introduction of
a consistent national brand. At Mercury Corinne developed the industry
leading customer retention programme.
- Company
refocus - at NTL Corinne turned around an internal marketing agency to
deliver a 120% improvement in cost savings, increased sales by 200% within
one year, quadrupled productivity and improved employee and customer
satisfaction. She also delivered the new business brand.
